Under the direct supervision of the Tunis Customer Service and Welcome Center Manager, the incumbent serves as the Center?s Receptionist/Greeter welcoming new employees and visitors, providing general information and/or directing them to the appropriate subject matter expert, screening telephone calls and directing them the appropriate subject matter expert, drafting and preparing various documents in appropriate languages, researching information and preparing documentation as needed. Position ensures action is taken and follows-up on progress in order to inform customer if needed. As the section?s Administrative Assistant, the incumbent provides full administrative support to the CSWC. Position is also the section’s timekeeper.
Qualifications and Evaluations
At least two years experience performing administrative duties is required.
Good knowledge of office correspondence procedures, English grammar, spelling, format, punctuation. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
of Secondary School and received diploma
English, French and Arabic level III is required. This will be tested.
