The Plant Manager will responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes the management and coordination of daily activities of Production and Maintenance to ensure high performance of Foam, Mattresses, and Furniture production at all times.
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant (Production and Maintenance).
- Ensuring that all operational equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Oversee all levels of Production & Maintenance staff activity and performance.
- Managing maintenance strategies and procedures that minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.
- Ensuring that the preventive maintenance is well planned and executed.
- Developing production processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Screen, interview and manage the onboarding process of new hires
- Coaching, motivating, and Provide training to the Head of units in addition to provide them educational materials as necessary
- Monitor equipment and ensure that they are in good working order
- Developing plans that help operations run smoothly, productions orders are efficiently accomplished.
- Forming and managing budgets (like manpower, ……
- Ensuring that the company maintains high operational standards and quality.
- Perform any other delegated task or assignment in line with employee competencies.
Profil recherché
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for operating plants
- Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and computer technology
- Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently
- French communication skills is a must, English is a plus.
- Strong leadership and managerial attributes.

- Energetic self-starter with Ability to work independently and under pressure, take initiative and set priorities.

•Responsible for the Chemical Formulations and Foaming of Flexible Polyurethane Foam
•Production. Can handle a team for Overall Production and Maintenance.
•Should have experience in producing Polyurethane Foam from low density to high density.
•Candidate with Continuous machine experience.
